Job Responsibilities :
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Home Loan Tele Sales Executive to join our banking team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining home loan products, and converting prospects into customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote home loan products
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about loan offerings
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable home loan solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with field sales or credit team for further processing
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of home loan products and banking processes
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Prior experience in telesales or banking sales is preferred
