Job Description

Sell Personal Loan (PL) and Overdraft (OD) products

Generate new leads through field work, tele-calling, and references

Explain loan products, interest rates, and process to customers

Collect KYC and income documents and complete file login

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-ups

Build and maintain strong customer relationships
