Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller for our loan department who can handle customer calls and generate leads for Personal Loan (PL), Business Loan (BL), Home Loan (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Responsibilities:

Calling customers and explaining loan products (PL, BL, HL, LAP)
Generating and qualifying loan leads
Understanding customer requirements and sharing loan options
Following up with customers until file login
Coordinating with sales/processing team

Requirements:

Experience in loan or banking telecalling
Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi / English)
Basic knowledge of loan products
Ability to handle targets and follow-ups

Salary: As per experience + Incentives
