We are hiring a Team Leader – Loan Sales PL for our Ahmedabad office who will be responsible for managing a team of tele callers, driving daily calling and lead conversion, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in loan sales (DSA/NBFC/Bank), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate the team and improve performance. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily calls and conversions, handling customer queries and objections, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, maintaining reports, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role requires a target-driven mindset, basic CRM/Excel knowledge, and a focus on business growth. Attractive salary plus incentives will be offered based on performance, and candidates with existing team experience will be preferred.
