We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Loan Sales Telecaller to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan features, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain loan products such as:
Personal Loans
Business Loan
Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the documentation and credit team for smooth loan processing.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of loan products and banking terms.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software).
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling or sales (loan sales experience preferred).
