Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Loan Sales Executive (Telecaller) to generate leads, explain loan products, and close sales over the phone. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a goal-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, OD, etc.)

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products

• Explain interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms clearly

• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into disbursements

• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth processing

• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM

• Achieve daily call targets, lead conversion, and monthly sales targets

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 1-4 years of experience in loan sales / telesales / financial products

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets

• Basic knowledge of loans and banking products (training will be provided)

• Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Excel

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in NBFC, bank DSA, fintech, or call center loan sales

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred
