Loan Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Loan Sales Telecaller to promote and sell loan products by making outbound calls to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for explaining loan features, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

• Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options

• Generate leads and convert them into loan applications

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

• Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and processing

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

• Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]

• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

• Basic knowledge of loans or financial products (training can be provided)

• Comfortable with calling and sales targets

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, dialing systems)

Experience:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

• Prior experience in telesales, banking, or financial services is a plus
