Identify & Source Prospects: Actively seek out and pitch loan products (Personal, Business, or Home Loans) to potential clients through direct sales, cold calling, and references.
Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Guidance: Advise clients on various loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms based on their financial needs and eligibility.
Documentation & Verification: Assist customers through the entire application process, ensuring accurate collection, verification, and submission of KYC and financial documents.
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal credit teams to ensure a smooth loan approval and disbursal process.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on current financial market trends, competitor products, and company policies to pitch effectively.
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
