Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills, along with a basic understanding of financial products, especially personal loans and OD facilities. The role requires proactive lead generation, client handling, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities.

• Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.

• Convince and guide customers in choosing suitable loan or overdraft products.

• Follow up with prospects and convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Required Skills
