We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to assist customers in obtaining suitable loan products. The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, explain loan options, collect required documentation, evaluate applications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
Guide customers through the loan application process.
Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation.
Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and credit assessments.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for loan processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
