Job Title: Loan Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Loan sales Executive is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and processing loan applications while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves assessing clients’ financial needs, recommending suitable loan products, and managing the loan process from application through disbursement and repayment monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for loan products.
Meet prospective clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Collect and verify required documentation for loan applications.
Evaluate clients’ creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit history, and repayment capacity.
Prepare loan proposals and submit them for approval.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely repayments.
Follow up on overdue accounts and assist in recovery efforts.
Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and client interactions.
Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
12th passed candidates can apply for this opportunity.
Proven experience in banking, microfinance, (6 months–3 years preferred).
Strong understanding of credit analysis and loan processing procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
