Core Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote various loan products, such as personal loans, home loans, or other financial services.

Customer Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers with questions about loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and the application process.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify and follow up on potential sales leads, providing information and guiding customers through the application process to convert them into clients.

Sales & Target Achievement: Work to meet and exceed sales targets, such as loan approvals or new account openings, to contribute to the financial institution's goals.

Information & Guidance: Advise customers on product features, loan terms, and the necessary documentation for their loan applications.
