We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Officer (Telecaller) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound & outbound calls, educate customers about our personal loan and overdraft products, and ensure high-quality service throughout the customer journey.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and overdraft products.
Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.
Handle inbound queries and provide prompt and accurate solutions.
Follow up with leads to ensure smooth application processing.
Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and sales) for smooth loan processing.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team performance goals.
🔷 Requirements
Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably in finance/loans).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of personal loans/overdraft products is an advantage.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
