Job Title: Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell financial products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other lending services. The candidate should be target-driven and capable of handling customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, leads, and referrals

• Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

• Assist customers in completing loan application processes

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals

• Maintain proper records of leads and sales activities

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
