Job Description – Telecaller (Loan Process)

Salary: Fixed + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customers ko loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.) ke liye call karna

  • Leads par follow-up karna & customer ko loan process samjhana

  • Customer ki basic details & documents collect karna

  • Loan eligibility check karna (basic level)

  • Daily calling targets achieve karna

  • CRM / Excel me customer data update karna

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)

  • Telecalling / sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

  • Target-oriented & confident personality
