Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Type: Full-Time | Office Work
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Contact customers through calls and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
Collect and verify customer documents and KYC details
Enter and update customer information in CRM systems
Coordinate with banks and internal teams for loan processing
Follow up with customers for documentation and disbursement
Ensure compliance with company and bank policies
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

Eligibility & Skills:

12th pass/Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferred)
Experience in loans or financial services is an advantage (freshers can apply)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of loans and banking products
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)
