Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Type: Full-Time | Office Work
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers through calls and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options

• Collect and verify customer documents and KYC details

• Enter and update customer information in CRM systems

• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for loan processing

• Follow up with customers for documentation and disbursement

• Ensure compliance with company and bank policies

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

Eligibility & Skills:

• 12th pass/Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferred)

• Experience in loans or financial services is an advantage (freshers can apply)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of loans and banking products

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)
