Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by researching target markets, generating new leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

1) Conduct outbound outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls to engage potential clients.
2) Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand off high-potential opportunities to the sales team

3) Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

4) Track and report on lead generation KPIs (response rate, conversion rate, etc.)
