• Make outbound calls to international clients/leads

• Introduce company products/services professionally

• Generate and schedule appointments for the sales team

• Qualify leads based on requirements and interest level

• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM

• Follow up with prospects via calls/emails

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Handle objections and provide basic information to clients

• Excellent verbal communication
