Lead Generation Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Intern to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in B2B marketing, client outreach, and digital sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers

• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and social media platforms

• Draft and send cold emails/messages to prospects with a personalized approach

• Manage and update lead data in CRM tools or Google Sheets

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies

• Schedule calls or demos with qualified leads for business teams

• Track communication and follow-up activities for better conversions

• Assist in creating outreach campaigns and basic content for lead engagement

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing techniques

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus

• Good research, analytical, and time management skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be able to join onsite at Madhapur, Hyderabad from July 1st

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
