We are looking for a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for business-to-business sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, an analytical mindset, and proven experience in generating high-quality leads that convert into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients aligned with business goals
• Conduct market and account research to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass sales-ready leads to the sales team
• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity information
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
• Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and performance
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in B2B lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and sales cycles
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and lead databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
