This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
  • Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
  • Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
