We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers for our sales team. The ideal candidate is skilled in research, outreach, and relationship building, with a passion for generating high-quality business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective clients through various online and offline channels.
Cold calling
Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
Strong research and prospecting abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in Outbound call
Experience with B2B sales processes.
Email marketing and outreach campaign experience.
