Salary: ₹1,40,000 – ₹1,80,000 CTC
Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to promote ventures

· Handle customer queries and provide information

· Maintain CRM records and update customer details

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience in real estate telecalling is a plus

· Basic computer knowledge

· Freshers welcome

2. Team Leader

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 CTC
Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of telecallers and sales staff

· Set sales targets and ensure achievement

· Provide training and guidance to team members

· Monitor team performance and report to senior management

Requirements:

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Prior experience in real estate or sales management

· Proven track record in team management and target achievement

3. Sales Manager

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 CTC
Responsibilities:

· Oversee the sales process and ensure smooth operations

· Build relationships with clients and close deals

· Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue

· Track market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills

· Prior experience in real estate sales management

· Strong leadership and team management abilities

4. Sales Executive

Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 CTC
Responsibilities:

· Conduct property viewings and explain offerings to customers

· Close sales and meet sales targets

· Build relationships with prospective clients

· Provide clients with detailed property information

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Previous sales experience in real estate is an advantage

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
