Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic and articulate Telecalling / Lead Generation Sales to join our dynamic outreach team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with school principals, academic coordinators, and parents to promote our innovative educational programs. Your key responsibilities will include explaining program benefits, addressing queries, and encouraging registrations. You will play a vital role in increasing product’s visibility and student participation in scientific mapping and assessment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to schools, educators, and parents to introduce and promote our product programs.
•Explain the objectives, benefits, and registration process of our product assessments and certifications.
•Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and follow-up schedules through CRM tools.
•Handle queries professionally and provide complete program information.
•Convert inquiries into registrations by building rapport and addressing objections.
•Coordinate with regional outreach teams for offline support if required.
•Share program brochures, registration links, and official documents as part of the follow-up process.
•Meet weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Essential Skills:
•Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
•Confident and polite telephone etiquette with a strong sales pitch.
•Good understanding of the school education system and academic stakeholders.
•Ability to handle objections and build trust with academic decision-makers.
Technical Skills:
•Familiarity with using Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Docs).
•Experience with CRM tools or lead management software.
Note :- Necessary training will be provided to the Candidate.
