Lead Generation & Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, new projects, and untapped business opportunities. ● Outbound Calling (Minimum 40 Calls Daily): Initiate structured cold calls to prospective clients to introduce services, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads. ● Client Relationship Management: Maintain fruitful relationships with clients, address their needs effectively, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. ● Market Opportunity Identification: Continuously research and identify new markets, sectors, and business avenues for expansion. ● Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients and investors. ● Collaboration with Senior Team: Work closely with senior team members on daily tasks, strategy execution, and deal progression. ● Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM systems and internal trackers. ● Documentation & Analysis: Prepare presentations, reports, and work extensively on Excel and Word for data analysis, proposals, and documentation. ● Internal Coordination: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the organization to ensure smooth execution of tasks
