Job Summary
The Kuber Group is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, online research, social media, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and introduce the company's products or services.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or database.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).
Experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
