Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK or various lead generation campaigns.

Effectively communicate and promote company services to potential customers.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to drive business success.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Prior experience in international BPO.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Shift Starts 3:00pm to 12:00Am
Working Days - Monday to Friday
