Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads to fuel our company's growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our network and contributing to the success of GoRoomGo.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences within the travel and hospitality sector.

  • Generate leads through various channels including online research, social media, and potentially cold outreach.

  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.

  • Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM or similar tools.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

  • Achieve and exceed targets for lead generation and qualification.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

  • Incentive: ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month on over-achievement of targets.
