We are looking for a lead generation to join our team frankfinn aviation services pvt ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Leads:
Research and target potential clients/customers using tools like LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and CRM software.
Understand target market and buyer personas.
Generate New Leads:
Use outbound methods (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
Use inbound methods (responding to inquiries, engaging with marketing content, webinars, etc.).
Qualify Leads:
Assess the potential of leads based on predefined criteria (BANT – Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Segment leads as per sales funnel stage (e.g., hot, warm, cold).
Database Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems (like HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ensure data accuracy and organize leads for follow-up.
Follow-Up Communication:
Schedule calls/meetings for sales teams.
Nurture leads through emails, messages, and calls until they’re sales-ready.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 6 months expereince in sales bpo background The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Days working during the Dayshift shift.
