Role Summary:
Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for BGV services.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients (HRs, companies, consultancies)
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Maintain and update lead database
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
Follow up with prospects and track conversions
