Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for Lead Generation Executive to join our team Demand Drift Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our US B2C campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales funnel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to generate qualified B2C leads for the US market.

• Understand consumer needs and present product/service offerings that match their interests.

• Schedule appointments or live transfers to the sales/closing team.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads and conversions.

• Follow up with warm leads through appropriate channels to maximize conversion potential.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or American accent.

• Proven experience in US B2C lead generation or telemarketing is preferred.

• Comfortable working during US business hours (night shifts IST).

• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential customers.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
