Lead Generation Executive (SDR) – US Shift
Location: Villupuram (Work from Office)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US Time Zone)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Role Overview
You will drive the top of the funnel for TeleCMI’s global sales, managing both outbound
prospecting and inbound MQL leads.
Your goal is to identify potential customers, engage MQLs quickly, and schedule
qualified demos for the Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and build prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and
other tools.
● Execute daily outbound campaigns (150–200 activities/day) targeting US
companies.
● Engage and qualify MQL leads received from inbound channels.
● Ensure all inbound leads are contacted immediately after assignment.
● Maintain CRM records with accurate lead status and notes.
● Schedule qualified demos for Account executives and ensure smooth handover.
● Provide daily EOD updates and performance metrics.
Skills Required
● Excellent written English and communication skills
● Familiarity with outbound and inbound prospecting tools
● Understanding of SaaS/CPaaS or B2B lead generation
● Strong time management and follow-up discipline
Preferred Skills
● Exposure to cloud telephony, CPaaS, or SaaS solutions.
● Experience selling to tech, marketing, or support teams.
● Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
