Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 Pass

• Undergraduate students can also apply

• Basic communication skills required

• Candidate should be confident while speaking on calls

• Freshers are welcome

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using the provided script

• Generate interested customer leads for IT services

• Maintain basic calling records

• Coordinate with the team regarding generated leads

Training:

• One-day basic training will be provided by the company

• Calling script and lead generation process will be explained properly

Work Requirement:

• Minimum Target: 2,000 dialed calls per month

• Approximate working hours: 3–4 hours daily

• Work can be done from home

Payment Structure:

Calling Incentive:

• ₹0.50 per call if the candidate completes more than 2,000 calls in a month

• ₹0.25 per call if total calls are below 2,000

Lead Incentive:

• ₹100 per valid lead generated

Lead Requirement:

• Minimum 15 leads per month required

Required Devices:

• Android Mobile Phone compulsory

• Laptop/Computer preferred but not mandatory

• Internet connectivity required

Skills Required:

• Good speaking confidence

• Basic understanding of communication

• Interest in sales and client interaction

• Positive attitude and consistency
