Job Description

Profile: Lead Generation Executive (International Process)

Location: Lucknow – Gomti Nagar – Vibhuti Khand

Shift: Night shift (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

 Research, track, maintain and update leads

 Make outgoing calls to develop new business

 Contact prospects to qualify leads

 Research and maintain lead generation database

 Conduct customer research

 Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

 Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations

 Provide accurate and timely information to management

Requirements:

 Educational Background: Any Graduate

 Experience: Fresher

 Communication Skills: Good / Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

 Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical Skill.

 Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
