Job Description

We at Wheelseye are hiring passionate and detail-oriented individuals for the position of KAM Renewals - Executive for our GPS and Fastag products Subscriptions at our office in Sector 69.

📍 Location: Gurugram.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Work on given leads and convert into sales by doing end-to-end sales.

• Customer Engagement: Regular check-ins, follow-ups, and relationship management.

• Problem Resolution: Timely identification and resolution of customer issues and

💼 Experience Required:

• At least 6 month of experience in a telesales.

• Demonstrated experience in managing the entire customer lifecycle from post-

acquisition to retention and business growth.

• Proven track record in handling customer escalations and driving resolutions through

cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

• At least a Bachelor's degree.

Shift timings - 10-7:15 PM
