Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls and converting interested clients through professional presentations and service explanation.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
Identify interested prospects and schedule follow-up discussions or meetings.
Present company profile, services, and benefits to clients through professional presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
Follow up with interested clients to ensure successful deal closure.
Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions (CRM / Excel).
Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
Share daily and weekly performance reports with the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in outbound calling and client interaction.
Good presentation skills (online/offline).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9 hours
Saturday: 4.5 hours
Sunday: Weekly Off
