Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key retail clients, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering trust.
Strategic Account Planning:
Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market share objectives within assigned key accounts.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets, including volume, value, and profitability, through effective account management and promotional activities.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiating contracts, terms of trade (TOT), and promotional agreements with key accounts to maximize value and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Promotional Planning and Execution:
Planning and executing promotional campaigns, new product launches, and in-store visibility initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
Operational Excellence:
Ensuring on-time order fulfillment, efficient delivery, and effective management of stock levels to meet customer demand.
Reporting and Analysis:
Preparing regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and market insights, using data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
