Telesales Key Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of a manufacturing organization. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, GST and TDS compliance, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

The candidate should have good knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance and should be comfortable working with accounting software/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.

• Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and other financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.

• Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all accounting transactions.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting

• Record and monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods transactions.

• Coordinate with stores, purchase, production, and sales teams for accounting-related matters.

• Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and supporting documents.

• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock valuation.

• Support the preparation and analysis of manufacturing-related costs.

• Monitor production-related expenses and assist in cost accounting activities.

GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and maintain GST-related records and reconciliations.

• Assist with timely filing of GST returns and other applicable statutory returns.

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and filings.

• Ensure proper maintenance of statutory documents and records.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities when required.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare periodic accounting and financial reports.

• Assist in preparation of MIS reports for management.

• Provide information required for budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.

• Track expenses, receivables, payables, and other key financial indicators.

Audit & Compliance

• Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.

• Provide accounting records and supporting documents to auditors.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

• Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving them.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.

• Experience with inventory and manufacturing-related accounting will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ Tallysoftware.

• Good reconciliation and analytical skills.

• Accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.

• Timely GST/TDS compliance.

• Accuracy of bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

• Timely collection and monitoring of receivables.

• Accuracy of inventory and accounting records.

• Timely submission of MIS and financial reports.

• Audit compliance and reduction of accounting discrepancies.

Preferred Experience

Experience in industries such as engineering, automotive, electrical, machinery, fabrication, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or other manufacturing sectors will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
