Junior Process Associate

We are looking for a Junior Process Associate to join our KGIS team . The role involves to provide product and service information to customers as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of 23,250/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Domestic candidates who are interested to switch to international Process.

• Provide product and service information to customers.

• Agent should explain about the Internet, TV and Broadband Packages,

• Benefits include shift allowance, yearly bonus, daily meals, and two-way cab facility

• Training period: 1.5 months for fresher’s (US Process)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have decent communication and high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills.
Domestic candidates who are interested to switch to international Process.
Preferred candidates willing to work for International BPO Industry.
Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones/graveyard shifts)
