Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer care executive (IT/software field preferred).

• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).

• Basic understanding of software products or IT services.

• Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
