Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and working professionals about online / distance learning programs offered by UNext partner universities.

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective students.

  • Understand student needs and recommend the right course/program.

  • Explain course details, fees, eligibility, admission process, and career outcomes.

  • Follow up with leads provided by the company (no cold calling usually).

  • Convert inquiries into successful enrollments (sales-oriented role).

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

  • Achieve monthly admission targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional language).

  • Convincing and sales-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to handle pressure and targets.

  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calls).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).

  • Experience in EdTech, sales, counseling, BPO, or telesales is a plus.

  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
