Job Responsibilities: Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls for IT services such as Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Paid Ads

Explain company services clearly to potential clients

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions

Generate leads and close sales through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups

Maintain client records and daily sales reports

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basic

Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of IT services / Digital Marketing (preferred)

Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated

Ability to handle customer queries professionally
