IT Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with strong experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

·         Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions domain.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

·         Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.

·         Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

·         Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

·         Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

·         Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·         B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) is mandatory.

·         MBA (Sales / Marketing / Business Management) is mandatory.

·         3–5 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development.

·         Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology concepts.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Result-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
