About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, confidently explain our products and services, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other outreach activities.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients in a clear, consultative manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions to meet their business goals.
• Negotiate and close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications in CRM tools.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
• Hands-on experience in product and service selling, delivering product explanations and demos, and lead generation.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
