This role involves converting telecaller-generated calls into qualified leads, guiding clients about business purchase and investment opportunities, and assisting them throughout the deal process.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert telecaller-generated calls into serious and qualified investment leads.
Communicate with potential buyers and investors to understand their budget, expectations, and business goals.

Guide clients about return on investment (ROI), risk factors, and deal structure in a professional manner.
Coordinate site visits and ensure proper follow-up until deal closure.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/Google Sheets regularly.
Prepare and present lead status reports to management.
Handle all client and business information with strict confidentiality.
