Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in international markets (US, UK, AUS, etc.)
Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the business development team.
Understand client needs and explain products/services effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM tools.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to lead generation and call volume.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent contact with potential clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign strategies.
Adhere to company scripts, call guidelines, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in international outbound calling or telemarketing (minimum 6 months preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
Flexible to work in night shifts or rotating shifts based on target market.
High level of confidence and self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation for international clients.
Background in sales, customer support, or similar voice-based roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
