International Voice Process(Outbound) -BPO

Responsibilities

· Reach out to new B2B customers (Businesses) based in the U.K. (United Kingdom) via Outbound calling to present our product and service offering

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales on call

· Take and process customer details in an accurate manner

· Go the "extra mile" to meet sales target and facilitate future sales

· E-mail to existing and new customers for the renewal of the product or for new acquisitions.

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as telesales representative (Outbound calling) in International Process (preferably UK market)

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone

· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills and most important is good objection handling skills

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues on call.

Should be Patient, friendly personality and most important is candidate should be a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
