Key Responsibilities
Handle international voice calls professionally.
Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
Provide accurate information and assist with client queries.
Maintain and update client information accurately.
Verify data and make corrections when required.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Prepare basic reports and daily updates when required.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
12th Pass & Above.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
Good International English fluency skills.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in the international night shift.
