Tele Sales Executive – Software (UK)

Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive – Software (UK) to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to improve product usage, drive sales conversions, schedule product demos, and deliver software demonstrations. This role involves strong communication, persuasive skills, and a passion for building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers to improve app usage and encourage product engagement.
Contact interested leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
Convince customers to schedule product demonstrations and follow up promptly.
Conduct professional and effective software product demos to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate call records, update CRM, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Mandatory)
Experience in tele sales, tele calling, customer support, or inside sales preferred
Ability to convince customers and conduct product demos confidently
Experience in International Voice Process is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of CRM tools & Microsoft Office Suite
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Experience
0 to 3 years (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome)
Salary
₹2.5 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
